What kind of story can I create?
Anything meaningful to them: a favorite memory, an imagined adventure, a new milestone, or something you'd love to help them discover or learn.
How does the story become personal?
The names, photos, and story idea you share shape the characters, words, and illustrations throughout the book.
What photo should I upload?
Choose a clear, ordinary, fully clothed photo that you have permission to use. One photo can include multiple people, dogs, or cats—you choose who belongs in the story before anything is created.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Photos are private by default and used only to create and deliver the Storybook Studio features you request. We do not sell your photos, use them for advertising, or use them to train our own AI models.
Who owns my photos and book?
You do. You keep ownership of what you upload and create. You give us only the limited permission needed to create, store, deliver, and support your book.
How long do you keep my photos?
A landing-page photo expires after 24 hours if you do not save it to an account. Books and reusable characters saved to your account remain available until you delete them.
What can I create for free?
You can write the complete story, create its characters, and see the cover and first three illustrated pages before entering a card.
What does the $14.99 purchase include?
It unlocks every illustration, the complete interactive storybook, a downloadable PDF, and the ability to keep refining the finished book.
Is a printed book included?
Printing is optional. The complete digital storybook plus a printed softcover is $34.99 total, or $44.99 total with hardcover. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment.
Is there a subscription?
No. Completing the digital book is a one-time $14.99 purchase.
Can I change the story or illustrations?
Yes. You can edit the words before completing the book, then redraw an illustration or guide it with a note if something doesn't feel right.
Do I need to wait while illustrations are created?
No. You can safely leave and come back while the artwork continues in the background. We will email you when your illustrated preview is ready.
