If you request a refund before approving the final proof, we’ll refund everything except the $5 creation fee once paid generation has begun. If generation never begins, the full amount is refunded. After proof approval, documented print or shipping issues are handled under our Refunds & Reprints Policy.
If a digital purchase was duplicated or the complete book cannot be delivered, contact us so we can investigate and make it right.
Printed books are produced from the exact proof you approve. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, contact support@storybookstudio.io with your order details and photos of the issue. Reprint eligibility depends on the documented production or shipping issue.
