Storybook Studio is designed for safe, personal family storytelling. You must have permission to use every photo, name, memory, and other detail you provide.
Content that is not allowed
Do not upload, request, create, or share content that:
- sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts the abuse of a child;
- is sexually explicit, non-consensual, or intimate imagery shared without permission;
- promotes violence, self-harm, hateful conduct, harassment, or credible threats;
- invades another person’s privacy or impersonates them deceptively;
- infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other legal rights;
- facilitates fraud, illegal activity, malware, or abuse of the service.
Photos involving children
Only an adult with appropriate authority may upload a child’s photo. Use ordinary, fully clothed family photos. Never upload intimate, sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe images involving a minor.
Enforcement
Our AI and infrastructure providers may reject requests under their safety systems. Storybook Studio may also restrict generation, remove content, preserve information when legally required, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or protect people. If you encounter content that may involve child exploitation or an imminent threat, contact the appropriate emergency or child-safety authority in your jurisdiction.

Email safety@storybookstudio.io with the book URL and a concise description. Do not attach or forward suspected illegal imagery by email.
