No — print is optional. Softcover is $35 and hardcover is $45 plus the digital book, before shipping and tax (USD). Shipping and tax show at checkout. We ship printed books to the US, Canada, and Australia.
Your photos stay private — we only use them to make your book. We don’t sell them or use them in ads. We don’t train AI on them. A couple of tools help us draw the pictures; they don’t get to keep your photos for anything else. If you upload a photo on the homepage and don’t save an account, we delete it after 24 hours. Your photos and story stay yours.
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where the people or pets are easy to see and that you have permission to use. One photo can include multiple people, dogs, or cats — you choose who belongs in the story before anything is created.
