A personalized book with grandma

A personalized book with grandma sets a grandmother beside the child in one illustrated story. Bring a close-up of the child and another of her. It fits a child who is 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7, with one grandmother or both grandparents. Pets stay out. You look over the drawings before any paper is made.

Story excerpt

In Grandpa's attic, a trunk opened wide, With maps, keys, and memories tucked safe inside. Across an old map, they followed each line To places from Grandpa's remembered old time.

These pages come from a made-up family. The book you make uses your names, photos, and the details you share, and its story is written fresh.

Nana on the stoop, not watching from the couch

Some grandmothers want to shell peas on the stoop or pour from the blue teapot inside the story, not sit in a card while the child watches alone. This grandparent story is built for that pair. One grandmother is enough. You do not have to invent another grown-up.

Write the word the child really says. Nana, Grandma, Grammy, or Mimi all work because you write it. Nobody builds a family tree out of a close-up. A parent, a cousin, or a pet you left out stays out. Everyone in this story is a person.

The attic beside these words opens a trunk of maps and keys. That household is made up. Yours uses what the child is called, what grandma is called, and a small fact you supply, such as the chipped teapot or the stool where you snap beans. It does not copy that attic.

Wait until the child is 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7. There is no baby edition. If every grandchild in the family is still 1 or 2, save the idea. Ask the parents ahead of uploading a close-up.

What gets personalized

Room for two or three. The child needs what you call them, a number from 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7, and a close-up. Nana needs the relationship word and a separate close-up. A crowded snapshot is not split apart.

An optional dedication is the sentence you would write on a card. You look over the drawings, then illustration continues. The file is part of the purchase, and paper is a later choice.

Format, price, and timing

If grandma lives in another city, a wrapped copy needs Pricing's production and transit before anyone names a day. The cards are the book totals. She can read the digital file with you the day you approve the proof. This grandparent guide prints no cutoff.

Questions

Can the story be just Nana and the child?

Yes. One grandmother plus the child is enough. Another grandparent can join, three at most.

Will the cat come along to the stoop?

No. This grandparent story keeps to persons. A cat or a dog belongs in a story that accepts a pet, with its own close-up.

How old should the child be for grandma's story?

3, 4, 5, 6, or 7. It is written for that span, and it is not a baby album.
